Sea Safari from Tobermory
This is a trip we have wanted to put on for a while. It’s a non specific sea safari leaving from Tobermory. We will leave from Tobermory Harbour and head out past a pair of White Tailed Sea Eagles (hopefully with opportunities for a few photos) and head into the Sea of the Hebrides looking for Whales, Dolphins and sea birds. We hope to spot Minke Whales, Common Dolphin, Harbour Porpoise and possibly Bottlenose Dolphins.
As we head around the coastline, we will look out for Ravens, Gannets, Shearwater, Razorbills, Guillemots, Storm Petrels and all of the local gulls.
Our route will be dictated by conditions, so we may end up in Loch Sunart on some days, another great place for Common Dolphins and many more Eagles, so we should always get plenty of good sightings.
