Our boat is the MV Wild Morvern. Until 2023 it was called MV Wild Skye and hosted trips from Carbost on Skye to see Eagles, Whales and Dolphins.
It is of wooden construction, having been rebuilt completely in 2011. It is beautifully maintained for us and always in tip top conditions for our trips.
The boat is perfect for Eagles because of the size and openness of the deck. It gives plenty of room to move around and watch the birds or capture the perfect photo. This is an example of what happens on the boat. This is taken with a 200mm lens on a proper camera, but you can quite easily record encounters with your phone.
